L’attore, scritto e direttore francese Philippe Lacheau ha annunciato su Instagram che sta lavorando ad un film live action del manga City Hunter di Tsukasa Hojo.
Il film inizierà ad essere girato l’anno prossimo. L’attore e scritto Julien Arruti ha annunciato di far parte del progetto.
La Sony Picture Francese ha aggiunto su Twitter che il film uscirà il 6 Febbraio 2019.
